The following applies to all antifreeze: We advise against using it in conjunction with galvanized lines or tanks!!! Empty the cooling system, rinse and fill with KÜHLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra and water in a ratio of 1:1 (or according to the mixing table). (Always observe the vehicle's operating instructions!) KÜHLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra ensures year-round corrosion and frost protection. It is recommended to use at least 33% by volume of KÜHLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra and 67% by volume of water to achieve reliable protection down to -20°C. Mixtures with more than 70% by volume of KÜHLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra are not recommended. KÜUUMl;HLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra is miscible with most ethylene glycol based coolants. For optimum corrosion protection and to prevent sludge formation, a mixing ratio of 50 KÜHLERSCHUTZ D-48 Extra and 50% water is recommended.
